This property was clean and gorgeous. Amazingly great and very kind staff in guest relations management and the facilities provided were modern. The continental breakfast was superb and had delicious food. Hotel's location was great, close to many shops and restaurants.

The place was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed, it had very very helpful staff on shift. The hotel was in an incredible location not far from the British Library, London proper and Covent Garden/Oxford Street. There was Koox nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel was good value. The breakfast was delicious and amazing, the staff was nice, the grounds were clean. Overall it was spacious with comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious. We had smooth check-in on arrival.

A classic king room with a queen size bed has basic facilities you need. The location of the hotel in London is perfect and exceptionally nice, just off tube.

The location was comfortable and decent - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. There was a good restaurant, all major stores and a supermarket next door. Hot breakfasts with nice local flavor and gluten free toast and cheese, the staff were all in all caring. Thanks to a great service we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Had a lovely Christmas stay with my family. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our experience enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to popular areas such as Covent Garden and Oxford Street. The sitting room with the fireplace created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
While our stay was pleasant overall, there were a few drawbacks. Communication regarding the fire alarm test and room service was lacking.
